data-start-index=\"880\">La route espagnole<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"898\"> a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement dramatique en juillet, enregistrant la disparition de <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"976\">9 personnes<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"987\"> originaires de Tazaghine<\/span><button territoire marocain<\/span><button class=\"xap-inline-dialog citation-marker ng-star-inserted\" aria-haspopup=\"dialog\" aria-describedby=\"cdk-describedby-message-ng-1-18\" data-disabled=\"false\"><\/button><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1334\">.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph list-item normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1438\">, la <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1443\">M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1455\"> (2 disparus d&rsquo;Oujda)<\/span><button class=\"xap-inline-dialog citation-marker ng-star-inserted\" aria-haspopup=\"dialog\" aria-describedby=\"cdk-describedby-message-ng-1-18\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1540\"> (1 disparu d&rsquo;Oujda)<\/span><button class=\"xap-inline-dialog citation-marker ng-star-inserted\" aria-haspopup=\"dialog\" aria-describedby=\"cdk-describedby-message-ng-1-18\" data-disabled=\"false\"><\/button><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1560\">.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div L\u2019AMSV a pris en charge le suivi de <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1751\">70 dossiers de d\u00e9tention<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1775\"> sur l&rsquo;ensemble de la p\u00e9riode estivale<\/span><button class=\"xap-inline-dialog citation-marker ng-star-inserted\" aria-haspopup=\"dialog\" aria-describedby=\"cdk-describedby-message-ng-1-18\" data-disabled=\"false\"><\/button><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1813\">.<\/span> <span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1815\">Le rapport met notamment en \u00e9vidence <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1852\">39 cas de d\u00e9tention en Alg\u00e9rie<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1882\"> concernant des personnes originaires de nombreuses localit\u00e9s marocaines, dont Oujda (19 cas), Berkane (4 cas), B\u00e9ni Mellal (3 cas), ou encore Jerrada, Taourirt, F\u00e8s, Azilal et Figuig<\/span><button class=\"xap-inline-dialog citation-marker ng-star-inserted\" aria-haspopup=\"dialog\" aria-describedby=\"cdk-describedby-message-ng-1-18\" data-disabled=\"false\"><\/button><button class=\"xap-inline-dialog citation-marker ng-star-inserted\" aria-haspopup=\"dialog\" aria-describedby=\"cdk-describedby-message-ng-1-18\" data-disabled=\"false\"><\/button><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2065\">. Par ailleurs, <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2081\">3 personnes<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2092\"> originaires d&rsquo;Oujda et de Jerrada ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tenues sur les <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2152\">routes des Balkans<\/b><button class=\"xap-inline-dialog citation-marker ng-star-inserted\" aria-haspopup=\"dialog\" aria-describedby=\"cdk-describedby-message-ng-1-18\" data-disabled=\"false\"><\/button><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2170\">. Face \u00e0 ces situations de privation de libert\u00e9, seules <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2226\">10 personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lib\u00e9r\u00e9es<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2255\"> au cours de ces trois mois<\/span><button class=\"xap-inline-dialog citation-marker ng-star-inserted\" aria-haspopup=\"dialog\" aria-describedby=\"cdk-describedby-message-ng-1-18\" data-disabled=\"false\"><\/button><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2282\">. Les cas de blocage ont quant \u00e0 eux concern\u00e9 <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2328\">3 personnes<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2339\"> (\u00e0 Guelmim, Tata et Rabat ou en Alg\u00e9rie)<\/span><button class=\"xap-inline-dialog citation-marker ng-star-inserted\" aria-haspopup=\"dialog\" aria-describedby=\"cdk-describedby-message-ng-1-18\" data-disabled=\"false\"><\/button><button class=\"xap-inline-dialog citation-marker ng-star-inserted\" aria-haspopup=\"dialog\" aria-describedby=\"cdk-describedby-message-ng-1-18\" data-disabled=\"false\"><\/button><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2380\">, l\u2019association assurant le suivi actif d\u2019un dossier de personne bloqu\u00e9e<\/span><button class=\"xap-inline-dialog citation-marker ng-star-inserted\" aria-haspopup=\"dialog\" aria-describedby=\"cdk-describedby-message-ng-1-18\" data-disabled=\"false\"><\/button><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2452\">.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div role=\"heading\" data-start-index=\"2453\" aria-level=\"4\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph heading4 ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" role=\"heading\" data-start-index=\"2453\" aria-level=\"4\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2453\">D\u00e9c\u00e8s et accompagnement des survivants<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph normal ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start-index=\"2491\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2491\">La dangerosit\u00e9 extr\u00eame des parcours s\u2019est tragiquement sold\u00e9e par le <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2560\">d\u00e9c\u00e8s de 4 personnes<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2580\"> (migrants marocains, alg\u00e9riens et subsahariens) enregistr\u00e9s entre Oujda, Tafoughalt et Sidi Hazem<\/span><button class=\"xap-inline-dialog citation-marker ng-star-inserted\" aria-haspopup=\"dialog\" aria-describedby=\"cdk-describedby-message-ng-1-18\" data-disabled=\"false\"><\/button><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2678\">, l&rsquo;association assurant le suivi de deux dossiers de d\u00e9c\u00e8s<\/span><button class=\"xap-inline-dialog citation-marker ng-star-inserted\" aria-haspopup=\"dialog\" aria-describedby=\"cdk-describedby-message-ng-1-18\" data-disabled=\"false\"><\/button><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2737\">.<\/span> <span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2739\">Pour att\u00e9nuer ces souffrances, l&rsquo;aide humanitaire directe s&rsquo;est traduite par l&rsquo;<\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2818\">accompagnement de 19 personnes vuln\u00e9rables<\/b><button class=\"xap-inline-dialog citation-marker ng-star-inserted\" aria-haspopup=\"dialog\" aria-describedby=\"cdk-describedby-message-ng-1-18\" data-disabled=\"false\"><\/button><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2860\">.
